Weight Loss Tips

1 Drink Water, that is one of the most important things that we can do. Getting dehydrated is something that is not fun. Trust me I know. You can go to the local supermarket and by a bottle or you can get a 20oz water bottle and reuse it. But YOU HAVE TO DRINK WATER!!!

2. Exercise with a partner. It so much easier if you have someone with you will you exercise.

3. Keep some type of progression chart. Its best to see where you have come from, and it will motivate you to keep up your work. I do not know advice you to weigh yourself every day, because your weight is going to be different each day due to different things such as water intake, or your period.

4  Try different things. It is important that you try to do things differently. You might find something that you like an exercise that you like better or a healthier food.

5. Go public. LET PEOPLE KNOW. And tell them what you need from them, if it is help or encouragement. Having people around you to help you and encourage you is something that everyone needs. Tell you family and they can help you too.

6.  Set realist goals. I would have some goals in mind, write them down and talk to a trainer or someone that can help you to see if you can realistically hit these goals.

7. Talk to your doctor. I should have put this as the number one tip. Because he or she can help you with what you need to work on.

8.  Journal. Write things down, make sure you right every food, every time you worked out and everything you did. Why is this important. Because you will have it for later, and it will help you to understand what areas in your life that you need to work on

9. Read the back of food labels. It is important that you know what you are eating and what you are putting into your body.  If you do not know how to read labels, If you will comment  on my blog, I will help you but  you need to be able to understand able foods.

10 PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP. It is important that you do not give up, will it is understandable and sometime you will have bad day or hit the bumps in the road. But you do not need to give up on this process there are going to be days when things just do not know

These are some types that I have come up with, while these are just what I think about stuff. I know that there are other things that might need to be on here, but at this time I can not think of them. However, If you would like to comment about what you think should be up there, please do it. I would LOVE to hear from you and hear your ideas.
