Do you trust your trainers….?????

vision-elliptical-s7200-hrt.jpg

Today I went to the gym and worked out with the trainers. I am so thankful for them. Last night I wanted the show Ruby and she fired her trainers. There comes a time when you have to trust your trainers, and I believe with all my heart that these two ladies have the best in mind for me. And on top of that, they make me laugh.  So first there is Terri, she was heavier that me and she has lost over 200lbs(I think tha is right, if not that much then over 150lbs). Terri has gotten the exercise and the food down. And getting the food and exercise down is hard. Then there is Judy. Judy is hardcore!!! She is wonderful person and she is so helpful. I respect her a lot and she has been helping me do things that I never thought I would do. I did not think I would make it through the first day with training, but I have made it. When you are trying to lose weight it is important that you have people around you that you trust. It hard to understand, at times, what they are making you do, but the trainers know what they are doing.

I am happy to say that I DID check my weight last Thursday. And I will NOT be checking it till August, at least. I have lost 5lbs since I started this whole journey. So all together, I have lost 25lbs since my heaviest weight. I still have a lot to lose, but I know that I can do it.  And on top of that today I did 10 minutes on the Elliptical machine, I was huffing and puffing all the way but I did it. I did most of it on level 2 but I did try level 3. Then for kicks and giggles I wanted to see what the highest level it would go to. It went to level 20 and I did it for a few seconds, but man that was hard.

5 “And now what do I have here?” declares the LORD.
“For my people have been taken away for nothing,
and those who rule them mock,”
declares the LORD.
“And all day long
my name is constantly blasphemed.

6 Therefore my people will know my name;
therefore in that day they will know
that it is I who foretold it.
Yes, it is I.”

7 How beautiful on the mountains
are the feet of those who bring good news,
who proclaim peace,
who bring good tidings,
who proclaim salvation,
who say to Zion,
“Your God reigns
